The Carnation emailPOWER system provides such a solution. The software is accessible via an internet browser. The web-based interface is user friendly, and only basic computer skills are required to edit text and graphic newsletters; sending and following-up are very simple. Unlimited email contacts and infinite number of address lists can be stored. The settings of the software help us to define the target group the letters should be sent to.
